Pick Up Day!

Your puppy is ready to join your family

The moment has arrived! The eagerly anticipated day has come where you will finally bring home your precious new companion. After eight long weeks of anticipation, this day marks a significant milestone in your family's story that you will treasure forever. This occasion is filled with immense joy, exuberant love, and the thrill of capturing every moment with countless photos. Cherish this moment, and let it forever be a joyful memory in your hearts.

We prefer that you pick up your new puppy in person

When it's time to add your new puppy to your family, we do prefer that you pick your pup up in person. Appointments are scheduled to ensure that you have ample time to prepare and settle in with your new companion. The balance of the puppy's cost, less the non-refundable deposit of $200, is due on or before the scheduled pick up day. You can rest assured that your puppy will be completely prepared and ready for you when you arrive.

We will send your puppy home with a "doggy bag" which will contain the following:​

 

  • Veterinarian records which include records of:

    • Puppy physical and examination​

    • Age appropriate vaccinations (Parvo & Distemper)

    • Dewclaw Removal

    • De-Worming

    • Microchip (Pro-ID Mini)

  • Health Guarantee

  • Blanket with Mama & litter mates' scent on it

  • Chew toy or stuffed animal (depending on pup's preferred toy)

  • Puppy collar

  • Puppy food to last a week

We kindly request your permission to take a photograph of you and your family with your newly adopted puppy. We understand the significance of this moment and would love to capture it for you. Please note that we will only share these photos on our social media platforms and our website with your explicit verbal consent.

Delivery & Shipping

DELIVERY

 

We are pleased to offer delivery services within a 4-hour radius of our location for your convenience. The cities covered by this service include Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, Atlanta, GA, Asheville, NC, and Chattanooga, TN. A fee of $75 per drive time hour will be charged to cover expenses such as gas, food, wear & tear, and time. The full payment for the puppy and delivery is required before the delivery is made. To ensure the safety of everyone involved, the delivery person will not enter your home.

SHIPPING

We understand that personal pick up may not always be feasible for everyone, and we do offer the option of shipping via airline with the help of a "flight nanny" service. Please note that all expenses and arrangements related to this service will be the responsibility of the client. We will deliver your puppy to the designated "flight nanny" at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) at the scheduled time.

Please note that South Paw Doodles strictly prohibits the shipping of puppies alone in the cargo hold of an airplane. This practice is incredibly traumatic for young puppies who are away from their mothers and littermates for the first time. We will only utilize a "flight nanny" service for any shipping arrangements, ensuring that your puppy is accompanied by a responsible and experienced individual throughout their journey. We take the well-being and safety of our puppies very seriously, and we expect our clients to do the same.
